Energy Balls

Ingredients

  • 15 pitted Madjool dates
  • 1 cup shredded coconut
  • 3 Tablespoons natural almond butter (or peanut butter)
  • 3 Tablespoons shredded coconut for coating

Preparation

Step 1

Combine dates, 1 cup shredded coconut, almond butter in a food processor. Pulse until blended.

Take 1Tablespoon of mixture, and roll into balls with your palms.

Roll balls in shredded coconut to coat.
