- 2 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 3 eggs
- 2 tsp vanilla
- 18 Nabisco Nila Wafers
- 1 can cherry or blueberry pie filling

Step 1
1. Preheat oven to 375°
2. Place wafers flat wide down in paper or foil lined cupcake pan; set
aside.
3. In mixing bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth add eggs and
vanilla; beat well. Spoon cream cheese mixture, over wafer. Cups will not
be full.
4. Bake 12-15 min.
5. Cool completely. Top each cheesecake with approx. 2 teap. pie filling or
preserves. Refrigerate
Cooking Tip: Large Pampered Chef scoop full is perfect size to fill cups. Cupcakes can be made ahead and frozen. Thaw and add pie filling.
