TJ's Pappardelle with Meat Sauce

Ingredients

  • 8 oz. Egg Pappardelle
  • 2 T. Olive Oil
  • 1 lb. gr. beef
  • 1/2 c chopped onions
  • 2 T. minced garlic
  • 1/2 c red wine
  • 2 cups (1 jar) Marinara Sauce
  • Salt and pepper
  • Parmesan Cheese

Preparation

Step 1

Heat oil in pan and brown meet. Add onions and garlic and saute until onions are transparent. Drain fat and return mixture to pan. Add red wine and Marinara Sauce. Stir and simmer 10-15 mins. Serve over cooked Pappardelle pasta.
