Ingredients

  • steamed blue crabs
  • 3 vidallia onions diced
  • 6 cloves garlic diced
  • 1 28 oz can diced tomatoes
  • 2 small cans of tomato paste
  • 1 28 oz can tomato puree
  • 1 large can of tomato sauce
  • diced green peppers
  • 1-1/2 cup Sangria

Preparation

Step 1

• Sauté in oil: onions, green peppers, garlic
• Add large can of diced tomatoes, large can of tomato sauce, 1 can of tomato paste
• Add a little sugar
• Add a little red wine
• Simmer sauce for about 1 hour
• Add in crabs cook another hour
• Add salt, pepper and sugar to taste
