Aioli

Garlic based aioli is good as a dip for crusty bread or raw veggies, spread on burger or sandwiches or blended with cooked pasta.

Ingredients

  • 6-10 garlic cloves, halved
  • 1 1/2 cups mayonaise
  • 3-4 Tbs fresh lemon juice, to taste
  • Salt and freshly ground pepper, to taste

Preparation

Step 1

Puree the garlic in a food processor. Add the mayo and lemons juice; pulse just until thoroughly blended. Add salt and pepper to taste. Pour into a cowl cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate until ready to use.
