Easy Strawberry Preserves

  • 3 Containers (16 oz each) strawberry ,hulled and sliced
  • 3/4 c sugar
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice



Step 1

1. Place all ingredients in a sauce pot. Bring to a boil over medium high heat. Reduce heat to medium-low and simmer , uncovered, 45 min, stirring frequently to make sure the mixture doesn't burn.

2.Store in an airtight container in refrigerator for up to 1 month.
