SWEET AND SOUR CHICKEN

Ingredients

  • 2-3 lbs. chicken pieces
  • 1 package dry onion soup mix
  • 1 12 oz. jar apricot preserves
  • 1 8 oz. bottle Russian salad dressing
  • ●Preheat oven to 350 F.
  • ●Place chicken in a shallow baking pan.
  • ●Mix remaining ingredients and pour on chicken.
  • ●Bake 1 ½ hrs.
