Ingredients
- 1/2 lb pasta, cooked
- 1/2 medium red onion, finely chopped
- 1/2 oz fresh basil, chopped
- 1/2 cup oil packed sun dried tomatoes, drained and chopped
- 1 can of 14 oz artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
- 6 oz grated parmesan
- 1/3 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- 1/2 lb fresh asparagus, chopped & lightly steamed
- 1 can of 2 1/2 oz sliced black olives, drained
- 3/4 cup prepared champagne salad dressing, Girards or other

Preparation
Step 1
Combine all ingredients except salad dressing, leaving basil on top until ready to mix. Marinade for a few hours before serving
