Ingredients
- 1 (15oz) can kidney beans, drained
- 1 (15 oz) can butter beans, drained
- 1 (15 oz) can of Lima beans, drained
- 1 (16oz) can pork & beans
- 1/2 lb. bacon, cut into small pieces
- 1 large onion
- 2 cloves garlic, chopped
- 3/4 c brown sugar
- 1/2 c ketchup
- 1/2 c apple cider vinegar
- 1/4 c molasses
- 1 tsp. mustard
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350
Place all beans in a 2 quart casserole
Heat in a saucepan over medium heat, cook and stir bacon and garlic until bacon is browned. Pour off excess fat
Whisk brown sugar, ketchup, vinegar, molasses and mustard into bacon mixture, simmer until cooked thru about 20 minutes
Bake until bubbly about 1 hour 15 minutes
