Ingredients
- 2 cups riced cauliflower (rung dry of all excess water)
- 1/4 cup parmesean cheese
- 1 tsp. corn starch
- salt & pepper to taste
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven at 425 degrees
Grate cauliflower and cook in microwave for 8 minutes. Let cauliflower cool enough to handle. Place cauliflower in a dish towel or cheese cloth. Ring so all excess water comes out.
Mix all ingredients together. Form buns to desired size.
Place "buns" on parchment paper lined baking sheet.
Cook for 20-25 minutes and flip over. Cook for additional 10-15 minutes.
Use to make sandwiches (lunch meat, grilled cheese, etc.)
