Ingredients
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 large garlic cloves minced
- T-bone steaks
- 4 oz. fresh mushrooms
Preparation
Step 1
In small bowl combine soy sauce and garlic, mix well. Brush half of mixture over both sides of steaks. Let stand at room temperature for 15-30 minutes to marinate. Thread mushrooms onto metal skewers. Brush mushrooms with remaining soy sauce mixture. Gill steaks 10-15 minutes until desired doneness. During last 5-8 minutes place mushrooms on grill, cook turning once and brushing frequently with soy sauce mixture.
