Ingredients
- 3-6 chicken breasts
- 1 lb. asparagus, ends trimmed
- 3 tbsp. butter
- 1 tbsp. minced garlic
- 1/2 tsp. D
- dried basil
- 1/2 tsp. dried oregano
- 1/2 t.sp. dried thyme
- 1/2 tsp. onion powder
Preparation
Step 1
Melt 2 tbsp. butter in a large pan over medium hear. Stir in garlic and herbs and cook for another 1 minute until garlic is fragrant
Reduce heat to medium add chicken and cook for 5-7 minutes then flip and cook another 5-7 minutes, but do not cook through at this point
Scoot the chicken over to the side and add 1 remaining tbsp. butter to the empty portion of pan, once butter is melted add asparagus
Cook rotating throughout 4-6 minutes until tender and chick is completely cooked through
