Ingredients
- 2 pounds green beans
- 1 tablespoon ginger root, grated
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon peanut oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 3 tablespoons chopped peanuts
Preparation
Step 1
1. Steam beans until crisp-tender.
2. Mix ginger-garlic.
3. Saute half of beans and half of ginger 5 mins. Repeat with rest of ingredients. Sprinkle with peanuts.
