Flat Belly - Grilled Catfish w/Spicy Tartar Sauce

- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp celery seed
- 1/4 tsp ground cumin
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp freshly ground black pepper
- 4 catfish fillets (6 oz each)
- 1/4 cup canola mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp sweet pickle relish
- Scant 1/8 tsp ground red pepper
Cooking time 20mins
1.) Combine the paprika, garlic powder, celery seed, cumin, salt, and black pepper in a small bowl. Rub over both sides of the catfish.
2.) Combine the mayonnaise, relish, and red pepper in a bowl. Set aside.
3.) Heat a grill pan over med-high heat until hot and coat with cooking spray. Add the catfish and grill for 4 to 5 minutes per side or until the fish flakes easily when tested with a fork. Transfer to serving plates and serve with the reserved tartar sauce.
