Ingredients

  • 1

    tsp paprika

  • 1/2

    tsp garlic powder

  • 1/4

    tsp celery seed

  • 1/4

    tsp ground cumin

  • 1/2

    tsp salt

  • 1/4

    tsp freshly ground black pepper

  • 4

    catfish fillets (6 oz each)

  • 1/4

    cup canola mayonnaise

  • 1

    tbsp sweet pickle relish

  • Scant 1/8 tsp ground red pepper

Directions

1.) Combine the paprika, garlic powder, celery seed, cumin, salt, and black pepper in a small bowl. Rub over both sides of the catfish. 2.) Combine the mayonnaise, relish, and red pepper in a bowl. Set aside. 3.) Heat a grill pan over med-high heat until hot and coat with cooking spray. Add the catfish and grill for 4 to 5 minutes per side or until the fish flakes easily when tested with a fork. Transfer to serving plates and serve with the reserved tartar sauce.
