Step 1
In a small bowl combine 1 c melted butter, juice of 1/2 of a lemon, 2 minced cloves garlic, 1 minced shallot, 1 tbsp. prepared horseradish, pinch of cayenne pepper, 1/4 tsp paprika and whisk Then stir in 2 tbsp. chopped parsley, 1 tbsp. fresh chopped chives, 2 tsp minced thyme and salt and pepper. Serve it with grilled steak or chicken for dipping, also very good with cornbread.
