Ingredients
- 1 gallon cider vinegar
- 1 cup lemon juice
- 1 cup yellow mustard
- 2 Tbs salt
- 1/2 bottle of red pepper

• Remove 2 cups of vinegar from the gallon.
• Mix together the lemon juice, mustard, red pepper and salt green to make a roux.
