Ingredients

  • 1 cup uncooked rice
  • 1-10 ounce condensed french onion soup
  • 1-10 ounce can beef broth
  • 1/2 sick butter, sliced

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 425 degrees.

In a 9x9 baking dish combine rice, soup and broth.

Cut butter into slices and place on top of the mixture.

Cover with foil and bake 30 minutes.

Remove cover and bake 30 minutes more.
