Ingredients
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. dry mustard
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1 lemon
- 2/3 cup oil
- 2 Tbsp. Parmesan Cheese
- 1 egg yolk
Preparation
Step 1
Grind together the salt, dry mustard and pepper. Squeeze juice of 1 lemon. Whisk the lemon and after well mixed, add the oil. When well mixed, add the egg yolk and mix very well. Then add the Parmesan Cheese.
Chill well and serve over lettuce greens.
