Ingredients
- 1 TBS minced fresh garlic
- 1 TBS veg oil
- 1 cup each diced onions and carrots
- 1 cup fresh green beans cut into 1" pieces
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 pig brown and wild rice medley
- 1 TBS minced fresh thyme
Preparation
Step 1
Saute garlic in oil in saucepan over medium high heat, 1". Add vegs and water and cook until vegetables soften about 5"
Stir in cooked rice and thyme, cook until heated through
