Ingredients
- 2 pounds boneless chicken breasts
- 1 (1-inch) piece fresh ginger, thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil
- 1 1/2 t. dry sherry
- 1 1/2 t. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 t. liquid smoke
- 1/2 t. toasted sesame oil
- 1/2 t. dry mustard
- 1/2 t. garlic powder
Preparation
Step 1
In a large bowl or resealable bag, combine all ingredients. Refrigerate at least one hour.
Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Grill chicken until a meat thermometer inserted in thickest portion registers 165 degrees. Let stand for minutes, then serve
