Ingredients

  • 1 nectarine, diced
  • 1/2 cup strawberries, diced
  • 1/2 cup bell peppers, diced
  • 1/4 cup onion, diced
  • 1/2 cup avocado, diced
  • 1/2 cup corn (grilled is best!)
  • 1 cup black beans
  • juice from one lime
  • optional: jalapeno, cilantro

Preparation

Combine all ingredients in a bowl and serve.
Flavor deepens the longer it sits.
