  • 1 white cake mix with pudding
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/4 cup oil
  • 1 3/4 cups eggnog
  • 2 PACKAGES DreamWhip whip topping
  • 2 tablespoons borbon

Preparation

Step 1

preheat oven to 350
beat first 4 ingredients and 3/4 cup eggnog at low speed with electric mixer
pour batter evenly into 3 greased and floured 9 inch round cake pans
bake 18 to 20 minutes or until done
cool in pans on wire rack 10 minutes
remove from pans and cool completely on wire rack
beat whipped topping mix and 1 cup eggnog at low speed or until blended
bea at high speed 4 minutes or until stiff peaks form
gradually add bourbon, if desired, beating until blended
spread about 1/2 cup frosting between cake layers
spread remaining frosting on top and sides
cover and chill at least 1 hour

can be made in a 9X13 pan bake 30 to 35 minutes
