Carol's Corn Pudding

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 8 1/2 oz. corn bread mix
  • 1/2 cup 2% milk
  • 15 1/2 oz. canned corn
  • 14 3/4 oz. canned creamed corn

Preparation

Step 1

Cream butter and sugar; add eggs and sour cream. Mix in corn bread and milk, alternately. Fold in the corns and stir.

Bake in a greased 3 quart casserole and bake 325 degrees for 90 minutes.
