Ingredients
- 1/3 c. Soy Sauce
- 1/2 c. Olive Oil
- 1/3 c. lemon Juice
- 1/4 c. Worcesterchire Sauce
- 1 1/2 Tbs of Garlic POWDER (Note, NOT Garlic Salt!!)
- 3 Tbs Dried Basil or 1 Tbs fresh chopped basil
- 1 1/2 tbs Dried Parsley or 2 tsp fresh chopped parsley
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
Preparation
Step 1
Combine all ingredients in a blender and puree for 30 seconds. Place steaks in a ziplock bag and add the marinade. Marinate the meat 3-12 hours and then grill to your desired level of doneness.
If you want a perfect steak every time, remember these easy tips:
Never Flip a steak more than ONCE.
Do NOT press down on the steak (or a burger for that matter!) with a spatula. This causes all the juice to run out and makes the meat dry and tasteless.
Let the steaks rest 5-7 minutes once they've been taken off the grill. This allows the juices to run back into the meat, making it juicy, flavorful and tender.
