BEEF & BEANS

Ingredients

  • ●Saute & set aside:
  • ½ stick margarine/butter
  • ½ C. chopped onion
  • ½ C. chopped bell pepper
  • ½ C. chopped celery
  • ●Saute: 1 to 1 ½ lbs. ground chuck; drain and add the above ingredients.
  • ●Add:
  • ½ C. brown sugar
  • ½ C. catsup
  • 2 T. Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 (16 oz.) cans pork & beans
  • ●Strip with bacon, or saute bacon, drain and add to casserole.
  • ●Bake @ 350F for one hour.
