Ingredients
- ●Saute & set aside:
- ½ stick margarine/butter
- ½ C. chopped onion
- ½ C. chopped bell pepper
- ½ C. chopped celery
- ●Saute: 1 to 1 ½ lbs. ground chuck; drain and add the above ingredients.
- ●Add:
- ½ C. brown sugar
- ½ C. catsup
- 2 T. Worcestershire sauce
- 2 (16 oz.) cans pork & beans
- ●Strip with bacon, or saute bacon, drain and add to casserole.
- ●Bake @ 350F for one hour.
