Creamy Coleslaw

Ingredients

• 1/2 c light mayo
• 2 tsps. cider vinegar
• 2 tsps. sugar
• 1/2 head green cabbage
• 2 medium carrots
• 2 medium scallions

Preparation

Step 1

In a bowl combine mayo, vinegar & sugar
Add carrots, cabbage and scallions mix to combine
Let stand15 minutes at room temp. to soften cabbage
