CRESCENT CASSEROLE

Crescent Casserole

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1/4 cup chopped onions
  • 1 can ragu pasta sauce
  • 1 cup sargento mozzerella cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 can pillsbury crescents
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 1/3 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon italian seasonings

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

In a skillet, brown ground beef with chopped onions. Drain fat.

Pour beef into bottom of a 9inch deep dish pie.

Pour pasta sauce over the meat. follow sour cream over the top. Top with cheddar cheese.

Cover the top of the dish with crescent rolls, making sure all edges are sealed.

Combine butter, parmesan and herbs in a small bowl. Brush over the top of the pie.

Bake for 20 minutes, or until the top is lightly browned and cooked thorough.

Remove from the oven and allow to cool for 10-15 minutes before slicing.
