Ingredients
- 1 lb skirt, flank, flat iron or sirloin steak
- 1 tap ground black pepper
- 1 tap kosher salt
- 2 TBS lemon juice
- 3-4 TBS EVOO
- 1 clove garlic, sliced
- 1/2 cup chopped pickled peppers
- Mixed greens - Arugula, romaine and spinach
- Shaved parmesan

Step 1
Season steak with black pepper and kosher salt. Pan suite to desired temp..
Whisk together lemon juice, olive oil and season w/ S&P.
To skillet add the garlic and the pickled peppers. Cook briefly and then add 1/2 of the vinaigrette. Toss the greens w/ the remaining dressing and shaved parmesan. Plate the greens, slice the steak and arrange over greens, top w/ peppers, vinaigrette and additional parmesan
