Ingredients

  • 1

    lb skirt, flank, flat iron or sirloin steak

  • 1

    tap ground black pepper

  • 1

    tap kosher salt

  • 2

    TBS lemon juice

  • 3-4

    TBS EVOO

  • 1

    clove garlic, sliced

  • ½

    cup chopped pickled peppers

  • Mixed greens - Arugula, romaine and spinach

  • Shaved parmesan

Directions

Season steak with black pepper and kosher salt. Pan suite to desired temp.. Whisk together lemon juice, olive oil and season w/ S&P. To skillet add the garlic and the pickled peppers. Cook briefly and then add 1/2 of the vinaigrette. Toss the greens w/ the remaining dressing and shaved parmesan. Plate the greens, slice the steak and arrange over greens, top w/ peppers, vinaigrette and additional parmesan
