Ingredients

  • 1 4-serving size pkg Jell-o pudding, chocolate, chocolate fudge or milk chocolate flavor
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 2 TBSPS butter or magraine
  • 2 cups confectioners' sugar
  • 1/4 cup chopped nuts

Preparation

Step 1

1) Combine pudding mix and milk in saucepan.
2) Add butter and bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring constantly. Remove from heat.
3) Stir in sugar and beat until smooth.
4) Add nuts.
5) Quickly pour into greased or wax paper lined 8X4 inch loaf pan.
6) Chill until firm, about 30 minutes. Cut into pieces
7) Store covered in refrigerator.
Makes about 18 pieces at 88 calories each.
