Rum Whipped Cream Topping

Used on High Altitude Rum Cake, along with macerated blueberries. Use Darigold heavy whipping cream, not Eberhardt's.

Ingredients
- 1 c. heavy whipping cream
- 3 TB sugar
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
- 1 TB dark rum
Preparation
Step 1
Whip cream and sugar to the thickening point, then add vanilla and rum and bring to stiff peaks.
Done.
