Ingredients
- 2.5 lb. honeydew, ripe
- 4 oz. green bell pepper, rough chopped
- 4 oz. celery heart, rough chopped
- 6 oz cucumber, rough chopped
- 3 oz mint, blanched and shocked in ice water
- 3 oz. fresh lime juice
- 1 oz salt
- 1 oz sugar.
Preparation
Step 1
Combine all and puree until smooth
Garnish with olive oil and toasted almonds.
