Sesame Miso Ginger Dressing

Ingredients

  • 2 inches fresh ginger, grated (if you really love ginger, add a tsp of ginger powder)
  • 3 Tbsp miso (if you really love miso, add a Tbsp or two, one at a time, and taste
  • juice of 1 lime
  • 1 Tbsp sesame seeds
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 Tbsp olive oil
  • 4 Tbsp honey
  • 3 Tbsp toasted sesame oil
  • 4 Tbsp rice vinegar

Preparation

Step 1

Place all ingredients in a bowl and whisk until thoroughly blended.

You can refrigerate the left over, and it will solidify. When ready to use, place on counter and allow to come to room temperature. Mix well.
