Ingredients

  • 1 pound edamame kernels
  • 1/2 tsp sea salt
  • 1/2 tsp ground black pepper
  • 1 1/2 tsp extra virgin olive oil

Preparation

Step 1

1. Preheat oven to 400o. Lightly spray a baking sheet with canola oil spray.
2. In a large bowl, toss together all ingredients. Transfer to a baking sheet and roast for 15-20 minutes or until golden.
