Mandarin Orange Salad

  • 1 tall can pineapple chunks
  • 1 can mandarin oranges
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. cornstarch
  • 2 or 3 sliced bananas

Preparation

Step 1

Mix pineapple chunks, mandarin oranges, and sugar. Let stand in refrigerator overnight. In morning, drain off juices, add cornstarch to juices, and heat. Cool. Add bananas. Mix well and chill.
