Cauliflower and Potato Soup

Homemade cauliflower potato soup is so easy to make, and so delicious! Vary the seasonings depending on your flavor preferences. Serve with some good crusty bread.

Ingredients
- 1 head cauliflower
- 3 large Yukon Gold potato, peeled
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 10 baby carrots hoped
- 3 ribs celery
- 2 (32-ouce) boxes chicken broth
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Several cloves of garlic, to taste
- 3 cups half and half

Preparation
Step 1
Add all ingredients, except the half and half, to a large dutch oven and cook over medium heat until tender, approximately 30 minutes.
Add the half and half and let it heat up, but don't let it boil. Scoop out several cups at a time into a blender and puree, or use an immersion blender to puree the soup.
When it is all blended, serve and enjoy!
