Ingredients

  • 3 c. quick-cooking oats
  • 1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 T. butter, melted
  • 1 c. coconut
  • 1 c. mini semisweet chocolate chips
  • 1/2 c. dried berries

Preparation

Step 1

1. Preheat over to 350. Grease a 9 x 13 pan.

2. In a large bowl, mix together all ingredients until well blended. Press flat onto a prepared pan.

3. Bake 20-25 minutes, depending on how crunchy you want them. Lightly browned around edges = moist, chewy bars. Let cool 5 minutes, then cut into squares. Let cool completely before serving.
