Chocolate Banana overnight oatmeal

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup old fashioned oats
  • 3/4 cup skim milk
  • 1/2 banana chopped into small pieces
  • 1 .5 T maple syrup
  • 1.5 T chia seeds
  • 1.5 T chocolate baking powder

Preparation

Step 1

Add all to a glass jar and shake. Place in fridge overnight. I Heat for a minute or so in microwave because I prefer to eat it warm.
