Ingredients
- Pumpkin Mixture:
- 1 (29 ounce) can pumpkin
- 3 eggs
- 1 large can evaporated milk
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp ginger
- 1/4 tsp cloves
- Topping:
- 1 package yellow cake mix
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
- 1 1/2 cups chopped butter
- Whipped Cream
Preparation
Step 1
Combine pumpkin, eggs, evaporated milk, sugar, cinnamon, ginger and cloves and mix well. Pour into greased 11-by-14-inch pan.
Combing topping ingredients. Sprinkle these on top of pumpkin puree. Bake at 350 F for about 50 minutes. Serve with Whipped Cream.
