Ingredients
- 1 large trout, cleaned
- 3 lemons
- fresh parsley
- 1 ActiFry spoon of oil
- 1 3/4 oz flour
- 2 cloves garlic
- salt and pepper
Preparation
Step 1
1. Cut the trout into slices. Season the fish with salt and pepper.
2. Mix the cloves, the crushed garlic and the lemon juice and coat the trout pieces. Marinate in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
3. Add 1 spoonful of oil to the ActiFry. Coat the trout pieces one by one in flour and cook for 15 minutes.
