• 1 jar dried beef
• 1/2 bell pepper (green)
• 1-2 tbsp minced onion
• 2 tbsp milk
• 2 tbsp mayo
• 1/2 cup sour cream
• 1 8oz cream cheese
• Pinch of garlic
• 1/4 tsp black pepper
