Ingredients
- 1 lb 12 oz small new potatoes, unpeeled
- 4 peeled, seeded and chopped tomatoes
- 12 raw prawns or large shrimp, peeled
- 2 ActiFry spoons of finely chopped parsley or fresh Provence herbs
- 2 heads garlic
- 1.5 ActiFry spoons of olive oil
- salt and freshly ground pepper for seasoning

Step 1
1. Wash and dry the potatoes. Put them in the ActiFry pan. Separate the garlic cloves without removing the peel. Wash and dry them. Add them to the ActiFry. Pour a few drops of oil on the potatoes and the garlic. Cook for 20 minutes.
2 Add the tomatoes to the ActiFry and cook for an additional 10 minutes. Add the prawns and the spices. Cook for 5 minutes or the time needed to cook the prawns. Add the herbs and serve with a green salad.
