Ingredients
- 8 ounces elbow macaroni (cooked)
- 1-2 cups shrimp (cooked) or 1-2 cup crab (cooked) or 1-2 cup lobster (cooked)
- 1 cup sliced celery
- 1 cup diced cucumber
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 3 tbs. lemon juice
- 2 tbs capers
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp dry mustard
- 1/8 tsp Tabasco sauce
- Old Bay Seasoning (optional) or paprika (optional)
- salad greens
Preparation
Step 1
Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl, except for salad greens and Old Bay or paprika.
Serve mixture on salad greens and sprinkle with Old Bay seasoning or Paprika or "variation"; serve in avocado halves.
