Seafood Salad

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces elbow macaroni (cooked)
  • 1-2 cups shrimp (cooked) or 1-2 cup crab (cooked) or 1-2 cup lobster (cooked)
  • 1 cup sliced celery
  • 1 cup diced cucumber
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 3 tbs. lemon juice
  • 2 tbs capers
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp dry mustard
  • 1/8 tsp Tabasco sauce
  • Old Bay Seasoning (optional) or paprika (optional)
  • salad greens

Preparation

Step 1

Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl, except for salad greens and Old Bay or paprika.

Serve mixture on salad greens and sprinkle with Old Bay seasoning or Paprika or "variation"; serve in avocado halves.
