BBQ SAUCE

Ingredients

  • 1 1/12 c. ketchup
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 3 tbsp. brown sugar
  • 3 tbsp. maple syrup
  • 3 tbsp. Worchestershire sauce
  • 2 1/2 tbsp. apple cider vinegar
  • 1 1/2 tsp. paprika
  • 1 1/2 tsp. black pepper

Preparation

Step 1

Stir all ingredients together and bring to a gentle bubble.
Turn down on low and cook for 1/2 hour.
Turn broiler on, and the rack in the center.
Take skin off chicken. Lightly brush with olive oil and sprinkle with salt. Turn chick at 15 minutes and baste with sauce and cook another 10 - 15 minutes.
