cup butter softened
oz cream cheese softened
box (16 oz) confectioners sugar
(7 oz) bag shredded sweetened coconut (if the coconut isn't fine, chop finer)
With electric mixer, beat together butter and cream cheese until smooth, add vanilla and blend. Blend or stir in sugar until smooth. Stir in coconut. Roll into balls of desired size. Roll in Cinnamon; a few at a time to coat. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
