Melt in Your Mouth Chicken Breast

Ingredients

  • 4 boneless chicken breast, halves
  • 1 cup plain greek yogurt (calls for mayo but I always sub yogurt)
  • 1 ⁄2 cup parmesan cheese, freshly grated
  • 1 1⁄2 tsp seasoning salt (I add a dash of pink himalayan)
  • 1 ⁄2 tsp black pepper, ground
  • 1 tsp garlic powder

Preparation

Step 1

Mix yogurt, cheese and seasonings.
Spread mixture over chicken breast and place in baking dish.
Bake at 375°F for 45 minutes. Serve with fresh steamed veggies
