Ingredients
- 1 (10-3/4 oz.) can cream of chicken soup
- 3/4 C milk
- 1/2 C sour cream
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1 pkg. (1 lb.-14 oz.) frozen lose-pack hash brown potatoes, thawed
- Cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1/2 C chopped onion

Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine soup, milk, sour cream, salt and pepper in a large bowl; stir to mix well. Stir in potatoes, cheese and onion. Place in a 9x13 inch baking dish. Bake 1 hour
