    C Cake Flour

  • 2 1/2

    tsp Baking Powder

  • 2

    C Sugar

  • 1

    (3 oz) package Strawberry JELLO

  • 2

    sticks Butter, Softened

  • 4

    Eggs

  • 1

    C Milk

  • 1/2

    C Strawberries, pureed

  • 1

    tsp Vanilla

  • Filling and Frosting

  • 1 1/2

    C Heavy Cream

  • 2

    Tbs Sugar

  • 2 1/2

    tsp Vanilla

  • 1

    (8oz) Cream Cheese

  • 1

    stick of Butter, softened

  • 4

    C Powdered Sugar

  • 3

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Prepare pans. Whisk flour and baking powder together. Beat sugar, JELLO and butter until fluffy. Add eggs one at a time, beating between each. Beat in flour mixture and milk alternating until well combined. Fold in pureed berried and vanilla. (Makes a GREAT Cake!) Bake 20-25 minutes. Cook completed. Filling: Beat cream until frothy. add sugar slowly and beat until slow peaks form. Fold in 1/2 tsp canilla. Beat Cream cheese and butter until fluffy, add powdered sugar and remaining 2 tsp of vanilla. Layer cake with filling/berries . . . use a frosted rim and straws to spike the cake. Frost and pile top with berries. REFRIGERATE until ready to serve.
