Wedding Cake Buttercream

Use a frosting tip

Ingredients

• 3 C Powdered Sugar
• 1 C Butter, Room Temperature
• 1 Tsp Vanilla Extract (Clear)
• 1 to 2 TBS Whipping Cream

Preparation

Step 1

Cream sugar and butter on low speed until combined, then beat on medium speed another 3 minutes.

Add vanilla and cream and beat one more minute. (Add cream for desired consistency.)
