Tuscan Chicken Spaghetti

Ingredients

  • 3 Chicken Breasts
  • 8 slices of Bacon
  • 2 Cloves of Garlic
  • 2 TB Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1 C Cream
  • 2 Tomatoes, chopped
  • Spaghetti for two, reserve water
  • Salt and Pepper
  • 1/2 C Grated Parmesan Cheese

Preparation

Step 1

Prepare spaghetti and reserve water. Fry chicken in oil (6 minutes on each side). Season with salt and pepper as you go. Set aside.

Fry bacon in same pan until crispy; remove.

Add garlic, fry, add tomatoes, cook 5 minutes. Add cream.

Add chicken, bacon and parmesan. Add pasta and some pasta water to thin.
